Hanami: The Cherry Blossom Viewing Season
April 4- May 10


Hanami is the Japanese cultural tradition of viewing and cherishing each moment of the cherry blossom season, from the first buds, to the luminous blossoms, to the petals falling like pink snow. Visitors can enjoy a stroll under BBG's breathtaking collection of flowering cherries--the most anywhere outside of Japan--taste a special menu at the Terrace Café, and celebrate Sakura Matsuri, a two-day festival of Japanese culture for all ages on May 2 and 3.
